An episode of The Lone Gunmen (a spinoff from the X-Files) predicted an attack flying a commercial airplane into the World Trade Center (although in the TV show a hacker had taken control of navigation, rather than terrorists storming the cockpit). This episode was shown several months before the 9/11 attacks
