Has anyone been to Kentucky Downs recently? I drove by there in the last month or so and they didn't open til 10am. we were way early so we just headed on up the road. They appeared to have slot machines just like a regular racino. Thing is, I was pretty sure that slot machine gaming was not legal in Kentucky. Attached is a piece of their web site. I can't tell if it's straight up slots or are there games connected to races somewhere.
