IT WAS DOOMED FROM THE BEGINNING ... FRANK CARROL COULD NOT GET LICENSED .... HOWARD HUGHES FINISHED IT AND OPENED IT ONE DAY BEFORE THE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL ACROSS THE STREET. IT WAS IMPLODED IN THE MOVIE "MARS ATTACKS" .... WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BUILDING ...
