Those are very nice plaques but not a movie prop. The movie props are "Casino Royale", and the "Casino Royal" plaques were made for home game use by some chippers that loved the Bond movie about 10 years ago. The one you have is made by Abbiati iirc.

I think they were around $18 each when first introduced.
