Well, maybe they are polished, roughly...

When you look at the surfaces, with light reflecting off the surface, you can see what at first look like circular scratches, like what a serrated, circular saw blade would leave when cutting off slices.

But on second thought, those scratches, on all of these chips and many other ICON ceramic chips, are an artifact of being roughly polished. If smoothly polished, those marks would not be there.

Can you confirm they are polishing marks, or do you know otherwise, how these scratches are made?
