I have purchase chips from Mark and because they were single chips he always combined shipping .I can see where those sheets of 12 would be shipped in a flat rate box for it would be cheaper and safer . His combine shipping statement is most likely boiler plate stuff and I'm sure he will change it when selling sheets of 12 .
