Last month, when we drove through Beatty, I saw that the old "free parking" sign from the Silver Slipper was gone . I was bummed, as that's a bit of history that I always look for...and I always try to get a picture, while zipping past (my husband rarely stops so I can take pictures).

I just googled, and solved the mystery

In 1950 it was a sign for the Last Frontier Village

In 2015...across from the Exchange Club

In 2018 the sign should have been right there...near the white pickup truck...where did it go?
