Not sure exactly, but in the past there have been some pretty strict minimum requirements/suggestions in order to impove property for casinos if it were to pass which did not actually limit how large a casino could be.

It has been made clear that this amendment does not conflict with any Federal/State Tribal compacts.

In my opinion, there is more than enough real estate in Florida to allow whatever it takes to make everyone happy should we ever see the day.
