If I put a chip up for trade does it cross reference to somebody that may have it on their want list? No
Is there a way to see all wanted chips without going to each members page? No
If somebody clicks on a chip to add to their site for trade, you are not seeing the actual chip they have. Correct

I like the ideas for the 1st two questions and look for it in a future enhancement of the ChipGuide.
