Tom, thank you for looking those up. The only one that has a names that match the letters is the Dilger & Burk chip. I haven't been able to find out who they were. The chip with the ax has to be some lumber company club of some sort. I really like the CP M.R.F. chip. With so many letters I would think something should turn up.
