As I was SURE one of the workers there would say something to her.

I believe the young lady meant no harm and judging by her age, this may have been her first time voting and just didn't know the rules.

However those running the polls should have known better, even if they are just volunteers.

Makes me think this is happening a LOT more than people expect.
