That would be correct. They do not like short rolls not hitting the wall. There are some good videos on dice setting and how to try to control the dice through to some regard but in a live casino game it can backfire on consistency. The premise is to take a position next to the stickman. That would allow the shooter the shortest distance to the wall at the end of the table. The idea is to set the dice loftly hit the wall and the dice do not tumble as randomly. To some degree it works. But once a few points are made and the crowd gets excited it had to concentrate and keep up the rhythm.
