Yes, the Caesars glass and Jackpott are front and back of the same glass, and I don't know if the double T has any significance.

At this point I'm not really concerned about remakes of glassware (my personal opinion). I haven't heard of it happening, and glasses aren't nearly as popular of a collectible as chips are...so they're pretty affordable yet. Most glasses are still priced under $20, and many are less than $10.
