I picked up these chips from Richard Siri last weekend. They had been identified as being from Antioch, Ca.

These chips are actually sent to
Rainbow Club

Roseville Ca (According to chip records)

I wondered what the D + B meant , so I looked at newspaper clippings

Sam Mekas owned the Club (and sold to DIck and Bill)
He had chips SM sent to him with the same exact font(but different colors).....so this chip doesn’t belong to the Rainbow Club or Sam Mekas, but I was showing what the font looked like.
His chips were white ,red, blue, yellow, and green
This orange chip was sent to Mack’s Mountain Club in Sonora.
Gets tricky....Sam Mekas and the Mack’s Mountain Club had some of the same color chips. The denominations were different though.
***Mekas and Mack’s have no connection other than a coincidence of same stamped letters on chips.
