The next meeting will be September 11, 2018 at 6 pm at

THE GOLD COAST HOTEL & CASINO
4000 W. FLAMINGO
SALON A

YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO ATTEND OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS!!!

At our meetings, we have trading and selling of Casino Memorabilia which starts at 6 PM and resumes following the meeting. You are invited to both the meeting and trading sessions.

Early Bird Auction
At our meeting, the Early Bird Auction begins at 6:45 pm followed by our Guest Speaker and then the Club meeting. You can see the list of items and scans of the auction in this message. In the event you are not able to make it in person, you are welcome to email me with your highest bid. Just include your CCA or SNCCC membership number and which lot you want to bid on. Payment for winning bids are due at the end of the auction. If you are an absentee winner, you will receive an invoice. You may bring any items for future auctions with you. Any form of Casino Memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% seller’s fee unless you opt to donate all proceeds to the Club.

Speaker
This month’s speaker is an entertainer and just happens to draw. Neal Portnoy’s brand of entertainment blends artistic skill and a keen comedic wit to produce not just a caricature, but an experience that people remember. As he entertains his subject and chats with onlookers, an image appears on paper, one that captures the person's likeness and personality while impishly adding a twist of humor to create a unique caricature. Neal was the guest speaker at the Volunteers reception at this year’s CCA convention.

Raffle 50/50
There will be a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! This month’s auction to include a set of 6 grand opening Chips from the recently opened Hard Rock and Ocean Casino in Atlantic City. The Hard Rock and Ocean Casinos. These were donated by Jerry Vergatos with 100% of the proceeds going to the SNCCC. Starting bid on this item only will be $17.00. Proxy bids are welcome.

If you are not yet a member or your membership has lapsed, I invite you to join the SNCCC. An annual membership is only $12.00 payable at the door. You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we’re all about and you can bring your friends as well!!!!!!!!!!

Our meetings are short, which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.

On behalf of the SNCCC, I sincerely hope you will join us and hope to talk to everyone there.
