I bid on a chip 2 weeks ago for a listing that ended without selling because the reserve wasn't met. The highest bid received was $42 on 7 bids. --The item was immediately relisted without a reserve, and somehow there were 21 bids this time, and the chip sold for $81. That the # of bids tripled and the max bid just about doubled was highly suspicious.
