In my opinion if buyers knew the volume of sham bids on that site, it would go out of business. I have been offered more 2nd chance options than I can remember. In my opinion that happens a lot because the seller's partner knocked out my bid and I didn't counter like they anticipated. I would like to hear what other Ebay regulars think.
