I can remove matches from most of the books you see in my post or have dupes that are covers only. Same price.
I don't remove sticks from any matches that have printed text on them or that are Lion Feature Matches. In most cases the images on the matches are part of the history of the casino. I feel that the history should be maintained and that most collectors will eventually want the images on the sticks and will want to retain that as part of the collectible. What you do with the Printed Sticks or Lion Features is of course, up to you. Shuck them if you must, but I collect and sell matchbooks with printing on the sticks only in original condition. In a few cases, I have that kind of match only shucked, and that's what I'll send you.
I do have a few matches (maybe 30-40) from big cities that advertise popular restaurants or jazz-clubs. If you have an interest in these, I'll also scan them and they are for sale. Just let me know. Most of this category are from New York City, New Orleans, or Chicago locations.
