Looks just like yours, including the bar code on the bottom of the box. My pack was an opened one, a gift from Casino Fandango (Carson City) for joining its Player's Club and making Fandango Fish Faces at the Club lady. But the Casino Fandango logo only appears on the backs of the cards. Inside my pack, there is a top card with bar code reading S6064, which might or might not be something specific to Fandango. Still a mystery is how the U.S. Playing Card Co. knows which packs of its cards are to ship to which casinos.

I might have gotten a blue pack as well, except for those Fish Faces but it was an amusing evening.
