I was too brief. I have played the satellites and know where the chip comes from. I was surprised that someone would fail to cash in or sell his $500 tournament chip, which might make these reasonably scarce. So I was curious if the Horseshoe sells the obsolete chips after that year's tournaments are over, which would of course make them less scarce.
