Jim - Thanks for your input - You are definitely..

.......an expert when it comes to Chip manufacturing. With your decades of work producing Casino chips - you have forgotten more than I will ever know about the production of chips.
The chips just looked so different than the normal ones I had seen of these NCVs. I knew that these chips were never in "play" at a Casino as they were strictly promotional items and should not have shown signs of severe wear.
I guess these 3 chips were "pocket pieces" that someone carried around for some strange reason for many years and worn these chips down and altered their appearance drastically.
Thanks to everyone who gave their input on this topic.
As far as I am concerned this Mystery is Solved !!!!
