As you guys both know Shorty Mincey owned the Jockey Club on Riverside Drive as late as 1969 and then ran a same named club as a music club in the old 633 Club on York Street beginning in 1971.

What I can't verify is that any gambling took place at his Riverside Drive joint and/or if the chips came from there. This is a Larry Trapp/Charlie Feltner attribution and for what it is worth, never thought to be legit by Gene Trimble.
