When the Deal Just Isn't Right

There are many Pawn Stars fans on The Chipboard. Rick has a saying "No matter how much you want something, don't buy it if the deal isn't right".

As many of you know, I am a collector of everything Million Dollar Display, and I have posted many of my items on this board in recent weeks.

There is rarely an item I find that I don't own, with the exception of the really expensive items.

Well..there is a cap on eBay which depicts the Million Dollar Display that I don't have.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Binions-Horseshoe-Casino-Hotel-Las-Vegas-Snapback-Blue-Hat-Trucker/173437533254?hash=item2861aebc46%3Ag%3AFF4AAOSwz2JbXTzk&_sop=10&_sacat=0&_nkw=binions+horseshoe&_from=R40&rt=nc

They are asking $67.54 (with shipping) for it. I submitted a couple 'best offers', but the lowest they seem to be willing to go is only about $10 less than their buy it now price.

As much as I would like to own it, I just can't force myself to pay so much for an old cap.

If it was a chip, then maybe I would pay much more than the value to own it..but a cap?

Curious if members here agree with me? Am I right to hold firm? Or do you think I should stop being such a cheap-a-skate and get off my wallet and pay $60 for a baseball cap that I will never wear because I am missing this item in my Million Dollar Dispay collection..
