If you see a chip or an ashtray with just "Caesars" on it, you can be sure it's not from Las Vegas, and if you see "Caesars Palace" on a promo piece, you can be sure it IS from Las Vegas. Now that Caesars is part of Harrahs Entertainment, it may be harder to follow hard and fast rules any more.
