When you send a PayPal payment, as described below, is there a fee to pay (by recipient and sender)? I know that a gift/friend/family PayPal payment to one in the U.S. entails is no fee to either party. But here?:
¶ recipient lives in Canada.
¶ he has an account that is in US dollars.
¶ PayPal payment sent as a gift.
