Did TR King have mold equipment to make their chips from scratch?
I always thought they got inlay chips made entirely at Burt in Maine.
And for hot-stamped orders, they got the blanks from Burt, then hot-stamped them in Los Angeles.
(BTW, JimB should publish the definitive book on chip molds / makers / distributors. It would be a lot of work, but the hobby would sure benefit from his knowledge!)
