(1) Never had trouble before, but what is my Logon password? Or where can I get a new one, etc? Is it the same as the Club password (if there is one)?

(2) You say, "3) To view items on your My Collection/Want List go to the ChipGuide Query Facility and select My Collection or Want List from the CATALOG dropdown." But where is the "CATALOG dropdown"?
