The rest of the board, I do know sometimes it takes some time after voting on a topic to discuss how to implement it.

Many times we voted to do something and it took quite some time to work out all the details.

I would also hope that once it became obvious that we had several potential new board members, that decisions of this magnitude would have waited until those potential new board members were present in order to get their opinions as well.

Again, just a guess but that seems logical to me and I probably would have done the same.

I would have to assume that the 3 incoming board members also supported the decision or at least would have argued against it at the board meeting in June.

Again, just my thoughts.
