Archie - Good figures that you posted, it would seem GREED is the driving force for your clubs dues increase and I am sure it will lead to a future decline in the membership.
Way back when it was a dues increase that made me cancel/not renew my membership and I sure don't see a reason to come back at the price of current dues.
With your membership getting older and fewer younger joining it would seem better to reduce the dues to try to get more younger people to join.
