is currently Pacifica Hospital. It had a different name some years ago when I first moved to the area - think it was Serra Medical Center.

William M. Weilbacher seems to have been involved in radio advertising. Perhaps an ad agency or recording studio was at the site before the hospital was built.

He worked for Jack Tinker but then left for the J. Walter Thompson Agency:

My guess as to the poker chips - they were his personal set. The R-L atop the doghouse may be tongue-in-cheek reference to a safe combination ("right - left"). The dog figured it out and has fled his chain and collar.
