I put a single chip in a corrugated cardboard holder and put it in an envelope. I add the extra $.21 and mail it for $.71 as non-machinable. I have my own postal scale and rate sheet for shipping. Envelope just goes into the mailbox. No need for the USPS cage critters most of the time.
