For the past 20 years or so, I've been saving the business cards that other collectors have given me when we have completed a transaction.. These usually have the mailing address, phone numbers, and info on what he collects. If find these easier to refer to than Personal-Chips and have housed them in 6 ring binders in pages that show both sides of 3 cards. I have 300-400 collector cards so far.
