This I am told is a bakelite gaming token that was used in
the Elysee Palace Casino in Vichy France in the 20's - 30's
It seems to have a sterling or a silver plated filigree center.
In 3 of the 4 corners, it has initials C E P (top left clockwise)
Does anyone know what those initials are for? Are they some
sort of mint mark or it designated what metal the center is.
Does it have any value?
Would appreciate some help on this matter
Thanks,
