Shipped via Priority Mail. Buyer, via eBay message, said it did not arrive. I replied with copy of USPS verification of delivery. Opened a Claim with eBay. Then called eBay and talked with someone. Said I had copy of USPS delivery notification, person said thats all. The Claim was settled in my favor, and the Buyer was blocked from posting any Feedback.
Now, beyond that, as the Shipper, only you can file the Insurance Claim with USPS. You bought the insurance, so only you caj file that claim. However, if you do, and payment is made, I do NOT know who gets the money.
But, all in all, you MUST open a Claim with eBay!
