Sounds like a conversation the contractor and I had just the other day. He has 18 months left and he plans to retire. Then move as soon as he can to get out of liberal Calif. Sad it is not noticed in Sacramento by the Governor that all the tax paying citizens and businesses leave as soon as they can and set up in other states. Texas is great for businesses, other states are great for retired folks. The majority of people coming into Calif. have their hands out for the freebies.
