Picture showed dirty chips, but no problems. Chips came, one with inlay missing, one with noticeable chip. I wrote them and they refunded most of the money and apologized. I told them I wasn't looking for a refund, just an apology (the price was not much for the chips), but they refused to take any money back. Class act.
