Re: Excellent advice. Never, ever assume anything

Just to be clear. I was suspicious that there was no pink chip. I did ask P&P to confirm the color of the chips. They did send the photo that I attached in my first email. I did confirm my suspicion that there was no pink chip. None of that is my issue.
What didn't occur to me was that the black chip would not have a Dunes house mold. Their photos weren't clear enough to show the mold. When you say a chip is from the Dunes and it is not from the Dunes you need to accept a return and maybe apologize for the incorrect description.
