Impossible. That's determined by factors outside of my control.
Another thing is that until you hit the 'Post' button, any images you see in 'Preview' are merely cached on your machine. If you preview multiple times it will re-cache the images and if you are low on RAM it will slow the whole process to a crawl and cause the timeout anyway.
