Friend of mine just came back from a Celebrity Cruise and brought me these chips. Is it something new that cruise chips have NCV on them. I didn’t think they were Promotional chips since they had to pay for them. I thought they were the same as regular casino chips. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
