I was on my way to visit my rental property in Fernley and it made more sense to enter Nevada "the back way" and cross the mountains only once, rather than going up and down on Route 395. No, I didn't spray-paint the message but . . . yes, it was definitely time to leave after a few quick photos. Creeped me out.
