I appreciate Torrey's confidence, but unfortunately I do not know about these chips.

The Jones record is a little sparse. All we know is they were delivered to Lake Charles, Louisiana at an unknown date to someone whose name is something like Thomas A. Rouger (not sure exactly).

I've tried finding anything for the name on the card or "Buddy Charles", but I haven't had any luck. I was hoping I could find a club, but no luck.

As for value, they are pretty common and unfortunately unknowns as of now. I bought a bunch years ago for something around $4-5 each. I only know of the red and yellow colors.
