In 2001, a movie was made called "Tomcats".

One small scene from the movie was filmed at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas.

Apparently at the last minute, the Hard Rock decided they did not want their actual chips shown on film. The production company had to make quick mock-ups of chips. They kept the designs of several Hard Rock chips, but renamed the casino "Hard Road".
