Yes, most chips with the exception of a few molds from CPC will be loose in an H40 or 40mm airtite. I have a lot of personal chip sets, that are just too tight to fit the H39 or 39mm airtites. I don't mine them being a little loose, but I don't transport my chips around either. I generally buy a box of 250 on eBay.
