After a cold and long winter, Spring has finally arrived in A.C. The next ACCCC Meeting will be held on May 20, 2018.
The Park Room at Bally's Hotel and Spa will open at 10:00am. Future dates for ACCCC Meetings: September 16, and
November 18, 2018. Free Pizza & Soda Party for all ACCCC Members immediately following the May 20th Meeting in
the Ballroom. No one will be permitted in the room without a Name Badge. Please follow this Rule.

"World's Largest Casino Collectibles Show", The CC>CC Annual Convention will be held on June 21-23, 2018.
Once again, it will be at the South Point Hotel and Spa, Las Vegas. Volunteers are needed, please see Brenda Black
if you going to the convention and can spare a couple of hours.

March 18, 2018 Meeting:

· All Club officers were present except Treasurer, Martin Thaw.
· 36 members and 8 guests were present.
· 50/50 Winners: Tom Duffy - $50.00, Charles Kaplan - $40.00, and Frank Caccavone - $20.00.
· Minutes were read from the last Meeting (Nov. 19, 2017) and approved.

Rumor Control Center
· Hard Rock Casino will open June 28, 2018 in Atlantic City. The Hard Rock has hired 3,000 employees and plans on
hiring another 500 more.
· Ocean Resort has been hiring also. It's Grand Opening has not been announced. Rumor has it, it might be June 28
as well.
· Resorts Casino will be debuting their 40th Anniversary Chips on Memorial Day Weekend. This will be $5.00 and
$25.00 chips. A 40th anniversary player's card will be available also.
· Resorts Casino will have a Beach Ball Drop on Friday, May 25, 2018, at 5pm.
· Carl Icahn sells Tropicana Casinos for $1.85 Billion Dollars.
· Monmouth Park Race Track is waiting to hear whether the United States Supreme Court will overturn the existing
Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act, (PASPA). This would enable Monmouth Park to offer legalized
sports betting.
· Wynn Resorts asks shareholders to back board member Elaine Wynn.
· Gambling may return to the former Moulin Rouge on May 29, 2018.
· Macau gross gaming revenue surged 28% in April 2018.
· Booming local economy in Las Vegas helps Station Casinos in First Year's Quarter.
· MGM Resorts to sell Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas for $214 Million.
· Atlantic City experienced a very lucrative 2017. Aggregated annual gross operating profits were increased by
22.5% from the 2016 year.
· Atlantic City will host the 2018 Spring Poker Open.
