I recently joined the CC>CC. When I made the decision to become a member I did not receive a freebie nor did I look for one. I joined because I was interested in the club. I have a small collection of chips and I wanted to learn more about them. I also have been to the convention show in Las Vegas several times. I don't think getting something free would have swayed my decision either way.
