I sold 2 chips to somebody in Canada. Here is part of the e mail I sent.

"I went to mail your chips today. It is in a small padded envelope. The post office said I have to mail it as a package for 10 dollars. If I send it as an envelope it may be returned by Customs. That would cost 2.50 which I find odd as if I were to mail it like that in the US it is now 3.50.

I was told to mail it for 2.50. It arrived in Canada without any problems.
