I have a new computer problem.

My computer will not let me open Google chrome.
When I click on the Google icon, I get a a hourglass for just a second, then nothing else.

I need Google chrome to do pretty much everything including posting pictures for my hotrod of the day posts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
