Curious - how many chips did you put in at a time? Any before and after pics?

I used a 180W cleaner with some Lundmark TSP (it's actually not TSP, though...it's mono sodium silicate) to clean up racks and racks of the old Empress chips, as well as many other heavily soiled chips. I only did cycles of 30-90sec each, though. Ultrasonic cleaners work like a dream.
