At one of the club banquet dinners many years ago I was talking chips with one of the room bartenders. The bartender told me the SAHARA framed up a batch of plaques for give always at one of their golf tournaments. He had some of the loose unframed leftover plaques and wanted to know if they were worth anything. I told him I did not know because I only collected chips. What I like about this story is that I did not ask him about the plaques he just told me the story in casual conversation. His story about the framed plaques sounds reasonable to me.
