Just to clarify, the table for the registration at the poker room will open at 6pm. In the last three years that I've run the tournament, we began at 6:45-7 due to the fact that we had numerous walk-ins. I'm sure if you attend the Splashy Awards and you head over, say 6-6:15, you should have no problem getting into the tournament.
I'll be assisting David Sowell, the new tournament director, as this is his first year. I would recommend that you get there as soon as possible and consider prepaying for the tournament. This way, if you're late, you'll still have a seat reserved.
